The Developers Vision
We built a place we wanted to live in. A place that offered unmatched access to cooler Summers, nature, luxury, and adventure. A mountain retreat slopeside at 4,500 – 4,700 ft. with magnificent views that the western North Carolina Mountains are known for.
We had a vision for the type of mountain architecture we wanted to build, and so we created the perfect canvas to paint it on. Set apart from other mountain communities, Stratus celebrates contemporary, Scandinavian rustic architecture.
